Tamara M. Polley received her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Santa Clara University in 1990, and her Masters in Tax and Estate Planning (L.L.M) from Temple University in 2000.

James A. Gianelli received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from McGeorge School of Law in 1979 and his Masters in Law in Business and Taxation (L.L.M.) from McGeorge School of Law in 1984. He became certified as a Specialist by the State Bar of California in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law in 1995.
